| 和谐美是高品质住区环境设计的重要目标，关注安全和美观双重因素的和谐统一，兼顾人们视觉和心理双重感受的环境体验。但很多住区环境设计却往往顾此失彼，忽视了二者的协调性。借助 CPTED 策略，解析安全和美观在营造和谐美的住区环境设计中的耦合效应。通过探寻美观和安全两个基本需求的契合点，从二者在住区环境中的设计原则、设计着眼点、设计策略等方面进行分析，提出共同营造和谐美住区环境的优化建议。在营造视觉和心理双重美感的同时，创造安全感高的住区环境。 |

| Focused on the integration of safety and aesthetics，harmonious beauty is an important goal in the design of high-qualityresidential environment which balances the visual and psychological experience. However，such balance are often ignored in the designprocess. Based on CPTED theory，this paper analyzes the coupling effect of safety and aesthetics in residential environment design withharmonious beauty from the perspective of design principles，factors，strategies，and proposes suggestions for creating residentialenvironment with harmonious beauty that ensures both safety and aesthetics. |
