现今社会多变、动态的环境使得主动变革行为日益引起人们的关注,成为学者们研究的热点。通过 对 249 份员工调查问卷的实证研究表明:人力资源管理强度与员工主动变革行为正向相关,组织支持感和内 部人身份认知均在人力资源管理强度与员工主动变革行为之间起中介作用。本研究结果丰富了员工主动变革 行为驱动因素的研究,为更好激发员工主动变革行为提供了实践思路。 |

The dynamic social environment today has made proactive behavior a growing concern and a hot topic for research.Through an empirical study of 249 employee questionnaires,it is concluded that human resource management intensity (HRM intensity) is positively related to employee proactive behavior;both perceived organizational support and perceived insider status play a mediating role between HRM intensity and employees’ behavior.The results of this study enrich the research on the drivers of employees’ proactive behavior,and provide ideas for motivating employees' proactive behavior. |
