依据 2007—2016 年全国特种设备安全状况数据(安全事故总量、受伤人数、死亡人数等)建立 GM(1,1) 预测模型并验证,引入二阶弱化因子 D2 对传统 GM(1,1) 预测模型进行改进,以适应初始数据震荡变化 趋势,提高模拟精准度。结果表明,改进后的预测模型的精准度符合实际要求,能够在一定程度上反映特种 设备安全事故状况,有助于统筹特种设备安全工作、提出特种设备安全监管措施,对政府有关部门预防安全 事故、制定相关措施具有一定的现实参考价值。 |

Based on the national special equipment (SE) safety data (the number of accidents,injury toll,death toll,etc. ) from 2007 to 2016,the grey GM(1,1) prediction model is established and verified. Second order weakening factor D2 is introduced to optimize the traditional prediction model GM(1,1) to adapt to the fluctuation of initial data and improve the simulation accuracy. The results show that the accuracy of the improved prediction model meets the actual requirements and can reflect the SE accident to a certain extent,which helps to ensure SE safety and propose SE supervision measures,and has a certain reference value for the government to prevent accidents as well as formulate measures. |
