游客的景观感知对了解民众需求和提升城市人居环境有重要意义。以合肥逍遥津、大蜀山、滨湖公园为例,使用Python语言对三个城市公园的3478条游客网络评论进行分析,运用ROST-CM软件从词频分析、情感分析、社会语义分析三个层面,分析居民对各个公园的景观感知意向。结果显示:1)游客景观认知主要可以划分为景观与娱乐、体验与感受、历史与背景、服务与设施四个方面,且认知梯度呈下降趋势;2)游客景观情感整体呈积极倾向,其中滨湖公园游客情感积极程度高于其他两个;3)游客对公园的历史文化和观赏型景观抱有积极态度,对园内设施和周边交通略有不满。因此城市公园需要完善基础设施,提升管理服务,打造独特人文景观,进一步提升游客的满意度。 |

Tourists ""landscape perception is of great significance to understand the people""s needs and improve the urban living environment. Network comments are intuitive and diversified. They take the network evaluation text data of three urban parks of Hefei Xiaojin, Dashu Mountain and Binhu Park in the public comments, and ROST-CM software is used for word frequency analysis, emotion analysis and social semantic network analysis. The results show that: 1) tourist landscape cognition includes four aspects: landscape and entertainment, experience and feeling, history and background, service and facilities, and the cognitive gradient is declining; 2) the emotion of tourist landscape is positive, of which the emotion of tourists in lakeside park is higher than the other two; 3) tourists have a positive attitude towards the history, culture and ornamental landscape of the park, and are slightly dissatisfied with the park facilities and surrounding traffic. Therefore, urban parks need to improve their infrastructure, improve their management services, create a unique cultural landscape, and further enhance the satisfaction of tourists. |
