      针对城市内涝问题,以深圳市黄沙河片区排水分区为例,基于MIKE FLOOD平台,耦合城市雨水管网、水系及地形地物,建立城市内涝模型,对研究区2年一遇、10年一遇、50年一遇等不同重现期下的排涝情景进行了模拟分析。结果表明:耦合模型能直观反映受涝区积水深度与积水时间,并随着重现期的增大,溢流点和充满的管道会增多;得到风险区划面积,并分析易涝点的成因,提出改造建议,为在城市排水管渠改造、内涝点治理用地规划方面提供基本思路。

      Aiming at the urban waterlogging problem, taking the drainage subdivision of Huangshahe District of Shenzhen city as an example, the urban waterlogging model was established based on the MIKE FLOOD platform, coupled with the urban rainwater pipe network, water system and terrain features, and the drainage scenarios of the study area under different recurrence periods such as once in two years, once in 10 years and once in 50 years were simulated and analyzed. The results show that the coupled model can directly reflect the depth and duration of waterlogged area, and the overflow points and filled pipes will increase with the increase of return period. The risk zoning area is obtained, and the causes of waterlogging points are analyzed, and the reconstruction suggestions are put forward, which provides basic ideas for urban drainage channel reconstruction and waterlogging point control land planning.
