      矿用FBD轴流风机煤矿井下使用广泛,但因其噪声较大,影响了其使用效果。通过对某风量为700m3/min的轴流风机进行噪声测量,发现进出口频率特征呈宽频状,而风机出口整体噪声值高于进口噪声值,对整机噪声贡献最大。针对以上问题,设计了矩形槽阻性消声器与圆形槽阻性消声器,通过建立声学模型和流体模型,分析两者的声学特性,并对传递损失进行仿真计算,最终确定矩形槽消声器为设计方案。并对其内部插片进行结构优化,使得消声器最大压力从1067.84Pa降低到300.00Pa,最大湍动能从100.00m2s2降低到50.00m2s2,在最大风量处压力损失从740Pa降低到78Pa。经试验测得安装消声器后最大降噪量为16dB,最大噪声值为81.1dBA,低于规定噪声限值85dBA,达到整机噪声优化目标。

      Mine FBD axial flow fan is widely used in underground coal mine, but its effect is affected because of its high noise. Through noise measurement of an axial flow fan with an air volume of 700m3/min, it is found that the inlet and outlet frequency characteristics are broadband, and the overall noise value of the fan outlet is higher than that of the inlet, which makes the largest contribution to the noise of the whole machine. In view of the above problems, rectangular groove resistance muffler and circular groove resistance muffler are designed. By establishing acoustic model and fluid model, the acoustic characteristics of the two are analyzed, and the transfer loss is simulated and calculated, and the rectangular groove muffler is finally determined as the design scheme. The maximum pressure of the muffler is reduced from 1067.84Pa to 300.00Pa, the maximum turbulent kinetic energy is reduced from 100.00m2S2 to 50.00m2S2, and the pressure loss at the maximum air volume is reduced from 740Pa to 78Pa. After the muffler is installed, the maximum noise reduction is 16dB and the maximum noise value is 81.1dBA, which is lower than the specified noise limit of 85dBA, reaching the noise optimization target of the whole machine.
