      为获得性能优异的新型渗透结晶型防水剂,采用甲基硅酸钠、硅酸铝、硫酸钠、柠檬酸钠为主要原料制备防水剂(ZF),通过基准组(未添加 ZF)与实验组(添加 ZF)比较混凝土的抗渗性能、力学性能、氯离子渗透性、自愈合性能,并结合 SEM 与 XRD 表征技术探讨 ZF 防水机制。结果表明,实验组与基准组第一次抗渗压力比为 250%,第二次抗渗压力比为 175%。实验组抗折强度与抗压强度均比基准组高,且实验组养护 3 d 的抗折强度比同龄期基准组高 33%。实验组电通量结果为 1 487 C,其数值比基准组电通量低 56%,可以判定实验组抗氯离子渗透性等级为低等。高、低预压实验组在 56 d 的回复率分别比同龄期基准组高 15%、21%,说明 ZF 防水剂在混凝土中具有自修复功能。SEM 与 XRD 表征结果显示,基准组结构中具有较多孔隙,而实验组结构比基准组结构致密,说明 ZF 防水剂作用所形成的钙矾石对混凝土抗渗性能起重要作用。
英文摘要:
      In order to get a new type of permeable crystalline waterproof agent with better performance,an agent named ZF was synthesized with sodium methyl silicate,aluminum silicate,sodium sulfate,and sodium citrate. Herein,the experimental group(with ZF) and reference group (without ZF) were tested to study the impermeability,mechanical properties,chloride ion penetration,self-healing properties,and the waterproof mechanism by SEM and XRD. The results show that the experimental group of the first impermeability pressure ratio is 250%,and the second is 175%. The flexural strength and compressive strength of the experimental group are higher than those of the reference group,as the flexural strength of the experimental group with 3-day curing is 33% higher than that of the reference group at the same age. The electric flux of the experimental group is 1 487 C,which is 56% lower than that of the reference group,proving that the grade of chloride ion impermeability of the experimental group is low. The response rates of high and low preloading groups in 56 days are 15% and 21% higher than those of the same age groups,indicating that ZF waterproofing agent is self-healing in concrete. The SEM and XRD characterization results show that the reference group has more pores,while the experimental group is denser,indicating the role of ettringite formed by ZF waterproofing agent for the concrete impermeability.
