      为获得性能优异的新型渗透结晶型防水剂,采用甲基硅酸钠、硅酸铝、硫酸钠、柠檬酸钠为主要原料制备防水剂(ZF),通过基准组(未添加ZF)与实验组(添加ZF)比较混凝土的抗渗性能、力学性能、氯离子渗透性、自愈合性能,并结合SEM与XRD表征技术探讨ZF防水机制。结果表明,实验组第一次抗渗压力比为250%,而基准组该性能比实验组低60%。实验组抗折强度与抗压强度均比基准组高,且实验组养护3天的抗折强度比同龄期基准组高33%。实验组电通量结果为1487 C,其数值比基准组电通量低56%,可以判定实验组抗氯离子渗透性等级为中等。高、低预压实验组在56天的回复率分别比同龄期基准组高15%、21%,说明ZF防水剂在混凝土中具有自修复功能。SEM与XRD表征结果显示,基准组结构中具有较多孔隙,而实验组结构比基准组结构致密,说明ZF防水剂作用所形成的钙矾石对混凝土强度起重要作用。前期在混凝土中主要以形成沉淀为主,后期主要以发生络合反应为主是ZF防水剂的工作机制。

      In order to?get?a new type of permeable crystalline waterproof agent with better?performance, an agent named ZF?was?synthesized?with sodium methylsilicate, aluminum silicate, sodium sulfate, and sodium citrate. Herein, the experimental?group (with ZF) and reference group (without ZF) were tested for impermeability, mechanical properties, chloride ion penetration test, self-healing properties, and the waterproof mechanism of the ZF were?studied?by?SEM?and?XRD. The results show that the experimental group of the first impermeability pressure ratio is 250%, and the reference group of the first impermeability pressure ratio is 60%, which is lower than that of the experimental group. Flexural strength and compressive strength of the experimental group are higher than those of the reference group, and the flexural strength of the experimental group after curing for 3 days is 33% higher than that of the reference group at the same age. The electric flux of the experimental group is 1487 C, which is 56% lower than that of the reference group. From these results, the grade of chloride ion impermeability of the experimental group can be determined as medium. The response rates of high and low preloading groups in 56 days are 15% and 21% higher than those of the same age group, indicating that ZF waterproofing agent has self-healing function in concrete. The SEM and XRD characterization results show that there are more pores in the structure of the reference group, and the structure of the experimental group is denser than that of the base group. The ettringite formed by ZF waterproofing agent plays an important role in the strength of concrete. The waterproof mechanism of ZF in the early stage is the formation of precipitation in concrete and the formation of complexation reaction in the final stage.
