      以无尘洁净室为研究对象,模拟研究了典型火源位置下薄涂型防火涂料对铝合金框架结构的保护作用,分析了火灾烟气蔓延和铝合金框架温度变化情况,定性评估了防火涂料的防火隔热效果。结果表明:火源在洁净室中间时,火灾烟气沿顶棚迅速蔓延至两端,在火源达到最大热释放速率时,顶部约1/3面积的铝合金处在温度高于80℃的烟气中。喷涂防火涂料可以使相同火灾场景下火源正上方的铝型材温度少升高70-90℃,降低因高温造成的强度折减;侧面铝合金温度在有/无喷涂防火涂料时,温度变化幅度都不大,强度折减可以忽略。
英文摘要:
      This paper took clean room as the research object, and numerically studied the protective effect of thin-coated fireproof coating with typical fire source positions. The smoke spreading and temperature variation of aluminum alloy in the fire scene environment were analyzed, and the fireproof effect of coating was evaluated qualitatively. The results show that when the fire was set in the center of the clean room, the smoke spread rapidly along the ceiling to both ends. While the heat release rate of the fire increased to the maximum, about 1/3 aluminum alloy of the roof was surrounded by the smoke with a temperature higher than 80℃. Compared to the case with no coating, the temperature rising of aluminum alloy above the fire source was 70-90℃ less by brushing coating, reducing the strength reduction caused by high temperature. The side aluminum alloy temperature with or without coating changed a little and the strength reduction could be ignored.
