| 县域“三生”空间格局优化是国土空间规划的重要内容，分析“三生”空间格局演变是构筑县域国土空间开发保护新格局的基础工作。以阜南县为研究区域，利用2000、2010、2020年县域土地利用遥感监测数据，采用土地利用转移矩阵、空间自相关等方法，以乡镇为单元探究沿淮经济欠发达地区县域“三生”空间格局演变及影响因素。结果表明：2000—2020年阜南县土地利用类型变化幅度较小，耕地和城镇建设用地转换较多；2000—2020年县域空间生产和生态功能远超生活功能，县城及其周边乡镇“三生”空间变化幅度较大，外围乡镇变化较平稳；生产空间分布面广且呈随机状态，生活和生态空间小集中大分散状态。流域防洪、城乡建设及区域协同等是推动阜南县等沿淮经济欠发达地区县域“三生”空间变化的重要因素。 |

| The optimization of spatial pattern of "Production-Living- Ecological" space in county is an important content of territorial development planning. Analyzing the change of spatial pattern of "Production-Living- Ecological" space is the basic work of constructing a new pattern of territorial space development and protection in county. Based on the land use remote sensing monitoring data in funan County about 2000, 2010 and 2020, land use transfer matrix, spatial autocorrelation and other methods were used to explore the evolution and influencing factors of spatial pattern of "Production-Living- Ecological" in the underdeveloped regions along the Huaihe River. The results show that from 2000 to 2020, the change range of land use type in Funan County is small, and there is more conversion between cultivated land and urban construction land. From 2000 to 2020, the spatial production and living function of county was far more than ecological function. The spatial change of "Production-Living- Ecological" function of county and surrounding towns was larger, and the change of surrounding towns was relatively stable. The spatial distribution of production is wide and random, while the living and ecological space is small and concentrated. River basin flood control, urban and rural construction and regional coordination are the important factors that promote the spatial change of "Production-Living- Ecological" in funan county and other underdeveloped areas along Huaihe River. |
