| 不规范的共享单车用车行为给市民的通行带来障碍，也阻碍了共享经济的发展。基于扩展的规范激活理论，利用结构方程模型，研究了自我效能、责任归属、结果意识、个体规范、行为意向等变量对规范用车行为的影响。结果表明：自我效能、责任归属、结果意识、个体规范对规范行为有显著的正向影响；行为意向并不能直接影响规范行为的实施。因此，提高用户的规范行为需多管齐下。 |

| The uncivilized behavior of using shared bicycles creates barriers to public access and sharing economy. Based on theextended norm activation theory and structural equation model，the effects of variables such as self-efficacy，responsibility attribution，awareness of consequence，personal norm and behavioral intention on civilized use of shared bicycles are studied. The results show thatself-efficacy，responsibility attribution，awareness of consequence and personal norm have significant positive impacts on civilizedbehavior，while the behavior intention does not directly affect the civilized behavior. Hence，a multipronged approach is needed toimprove the behaviors of users. |
