      以蓝藻在不同水环境条件(光照、氧气、湖泊水、超纯水)中进行降解实验,研究了降解液中 pH、 DO、叶绿素 a、氮、磷含量变化,并进行了理化指标的相关性分析。实验结果表明:蓝藻在光照有氧 A 组实 验条件下降解,水体叶绿素 a 含量在实验第 16 d 达到最大值 1 020.3 µg/L,而水体总溶解态磷(TDP)和水体 总溶解态氮(TDN)在实验第 30 d 分别达到最大值 2.79 mg/L 和 14.78 mg/L;密封黑暗的 C 组实验条件下降解, 水体叶绿素 a 含量在实验第 7 d 降至 127.9 µg/L,降解率达 76.96 %;降解液中 TDP 在实验第 20 d 达到最大值 3.56 mg/L;TDN 在实验 13 d 达到最大值 21.25 mg/L。各实验组测试指标的相关性分析表明:蓝藻降解液中 TDP、PO4 3--P、TDN 及 NH4 + -N 含量与 pH 呈显著相关性(p

      Degradation experiments were conducted with cyanobacteria in different aqueous environmental conditions (light,oxygen,lake water and ultrapure water),and the changes of pH,DO,chlorophyll a,nitrogen and phosphorus contents in the degradation solution were studied,and correlation analysis of physicochemical indexes was performed. The experimental results showed that as the cyanobacteria degraded under the experimental conditions of light and oxygen (group A),the chlorophyll a content of the water column reached the maximum value of 1 020. 3 µg/L on the 16th day of the experiment,while the total dissolved phosphorus (TDP) and total dissolved nitrogen (TDN) of the water column reached the maximum value of 2. 79 mg/L and 14. 78 mg/L respectively on the 30th day of the experiment;as the cyanobacteria degraded under sealed dark experimental conditions (group C),the chlorophyll a content of the water column decreased to 127. 9 µg/L on the 7th day of the experiment,with the degradation rate of 76. 96 %. TDP in the degradation solution reached the maximum value of 3. 56 mg/L on the 20 th day of the experiment,and TDN reached a maximum value of 21. 25 mg/L on the 13 th day of the experiment.
