| 安徽省响应国家政策号召，积极推进特色小镇高质量发展。通过安徽省特色小镇高质量发展现有研究和相关政策解读，界定安徽省特色小镇高质量发展内涵。从特色产业、环境资源、政府支持和基础设施四个维度构建特色小镇高质量发展影响因素研究指标体系。采用熵权法对2016-2019年安徽省首批特色小镇的特色产业指标数据进行客观权重分析，采用层次分析法得出环境资源、政府支持和基础设施指标的主观权重。进而根据主客观结合得出各指标综合权重。研究结果表明影响安徽省特色小镇高质量发展的因素从高到低依次为特色产业、环境资源、基础设施、政府支持。从而为安徽省特色小镇高质量发展路径提出相关建议，为各地市特色小镇高质量发展评价研究提供了一定参考。 |

| In response to the call of national policy, Anhui Province actively promotes the high-quality development of Characteristic Towns. Based on existing research and policy interpretation, the connotation of high-quality development for Characteristic Towns were defined and the evaluation index system was constructed from four dimensions respectively are characteristic industries, environmental resources, government support and infrastructure. The objective weight of characteristic industry index was calculated by entropy weight method based on the data from 2016 to 2019；the subjective weight of environmental resources, government support and infrastructure indicators were obtained by analytic hierarchy process. Then the comprehensive weight of each indicator was obtained according by combining subjectivity and objectivity.The research show that the influence weight of government support,infrastructure,environmental resources?and characteristic industries?increase sequentially on the high-quality development of Characteristic Towns in Anhui Province. Finally it analyzes and puts forward corresponding development suggestions for the high-quality development path of Characteristic Towns in Anhui Province, which provides a certain reference for the further evaluation and research of the development of Characteristic Towns in various cities. |
