      以某盾构隧道下穿框架结构为研究对象,基于三维有限元数值模拟,探讨盾构施工对既有建筑的影响。对比分析表明,左线贯通时地表最大竖向沉降位于左线中心轴正上方土体中,双线贯通时地表最大竖向沉降为位于双线对称轴正上方土体中。既有建筑相邻柱基差异沉降最大值小于规范限值,其位于左线、右线中心轴线之外的范围内,而不在两中心轴线之间。计算结论为工程的顺利实施提供了重要依据。

      Taking a frame structure above the shield tunnel as the research object, based on three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation, the influence of shield construction on existing buildings is discussed. The comparative analysis shows that the maximum vertical settlement of the ground surface is located in the soil directly above the center axis of the left line when the left line is finished, and the maximum vertical settlement of the ground surface is located in the soil directly above the symmetry axis of the double line when the double line is finished. The maximum differential settlement of adjacent column foundations of existing buildings is less than the limit value of the code, which is located outside the central axis of the left line and the right line, but not between the two central axes. The calculation results provide an important basis for the safety of the project.
