| 随着我国市场经济的发展和新型城镇化进程的加快，我国流动人口的数量急剧增加。本文从就业视角，基于双重劳动力市场模型理论、社会排斥理论以及社会认同理论，探讨关于流动人口的就业状况、社会融入状况以及二者间的影响路径和机理。根据2017年全国流动人口动态监测数据，就流动人口社会融入意愿进行二元logistic回归分析，结果表明：良好的工作收入、职业性质、工作时长、就业身份、参保情况对流动人口社会融入有着积极的影响，就业质量越高流动人口的社会融入意愿也就越高。为此应该完善社保体制，保障外来人口的享受均等的就业机会，消除就业歧视的观念，建立公平竞争制度。 |

| With the development of market economy and the acceleration of new urbanization, the number of floating population increases sharply. From the perspective of employment, based on the dual labor market model theory, social exclusion theory and social identity theory, this paper discusses the employment status, social integration status and the influence path and mechanism of the floating population. According to the 2017 national floating population dynamic monitoring data, the binary logistic regression analysis on the floating population social integration willingness showed that: Work income, occupation nature, work duration, employment status and insurance participation also have a certain impact on the social integration of the floating population, and the higher the employment quality, the higher the social integration willingness of the floating population. Therefore, we should improve the social security system, ensure that the migrants enjoy equal employment opportunities, eliminate the concept of employment discrimination, and establish a fair competition system. |
