| 蒙洼蓄洪区作为淮河流域重要的防洪功能区，区内人地关系的协调发展尤为重要。采用“P-E-R”区域匹配模式的相对资源承载力的研究方法，得到蒙洼蓄洪区4个乡镇以及1个阜蒙农场的人地关系类型，分析其具体对应的人地关系特征。最后基于蒙洼蓄洪区人地关系现状，提出有效控制现实人口数量、转变经济发展方式以及有序推进人口迁移等相关建议，以期推进蒙洼蓄洪区可持续发展。 |

| As an important functional area of flood control in the Huaihe River basin, the coordinated development of man-land relationship in Mengwa flood storage area is particularly important. The man-land relationship types of four towns and one Fumeng -farm in the flood storage area of Mengwa were obtained by using the research method of "P-E-R" regional matching model of relative resource carrying capacity, and the characteristics of man-land relationship were analyzed. Finally, based on the current situation of man-land relationship in Mengwa flood storage area, this paper puts forward the suggestions of effectively controlling the actual population, transformation of economic development mode and orderly promotion of population migration, in order to promote the sustainable development of Mengwa flood storage area. |
