      随着生物医学领域的发展和各种生物医用材料需求的增加,快速制备高质量、高性能的生物医用材料成为科研者的关注点。应用激光制造技术制备生物医用材料具有设计灵活、结构定制和产品轻量等独特优势。本文系统总结了激光制造技术(激光快速成形、激光微焊接和激光表面改性)在生物医用材料方面的最新若干应用,针对影响生物植入物材料的几个关键因素,例如骨骼植入物的孔隙率、微型生物医用材料连接的牢固性与密封性和植入物表面的拓扑结构,分别讨论了生物医用材料从长脉冲或短脉冲激光的快速成形与微焊接到超短脉冲激光的表面改性等技术,最后对生物医用材料激光制造技术进行总结和展望。
英文摘要:
      With the development of biomedical field and the increasing demand of various biomedical materials, rapid preparation of high-quality and high-performance biomedical materials becomes the concern of scientific researchers. The application of laser manufacturing technology in the preparation of biomedical materials has unique advantages such as flexible design, customized structure and lightweight. In this paper, the latest applications of laser manufacturing technology (laser rapid prototyping, laser micro-welding and laser surface modification) in biomedical materials are systematically summarized. Aiming at several key factors affecting bio-implant materials, such as the porosity of the bone implants, the firmness and tightness of the connections of micro biomedical materials, and the topological structure of the implant surface, technologies ranging from rapid prototyping and micro-welding of long or short pulse laser to surface modification of ultrashort-pulse laser for biomedical materials are discussed respectively. Finally, the laser manufacturing technology of biomedical materials is summarized and prospected.
