| 当前，绿色建筑已成为我国建筑业发展的主要趋势。为了探索影响绿色建筑发展的主要因素以及各因素之间的相互影响关系，经过文献阅读和问卷调查，找出影响绿色建筑发展的主要因素，建立ISM解释结构模型，分析出各因素之间的层级关系，得出绿色建筑发展影响因素的五层递接结构关系图，确定了直接影响因素、间接影响因素和根本性影响因素。并在此基础上，提出一些针对性对策建议，希冀能为我国的绿色建筑发展提供一定理论上的依据，从而推动我国绿色建筑朝着更高层次的发展。 |

| At present, one major trend of the evolution of construction industry in china turns out to be green building. In order to explore the main factors which affect the development of green building and the mutual influence between these factors, through the previous literature reading and questionnaire survey to probe into the main factors affecting the development of green building. Interpretative Structural Modeling Method is set up, the hierarchical relationship between various factors can be analyzed, and finally a five-layer transitional structure relationship diagram of the factors affecting the progress of green buildings can be obtained, and the direct influencing factors, indirect influencing factors and fundamental influences are determined. Based on the above research facts, some targeted countermeasures and suggestions at the end are put forward to provide a theoretical basis for the development of green building in China, and thereby to promote the development of green building in China to a new height. |
