      建设智慧城市是我国未来城市发展的新形态。从基础设施、科技创新、智慧环境和智慧经济4个方面构建了18个评价智慧城市建设指标,选取新一线城市中智慧城市建设潜力处于优势的7个城市,利用主成分分析对这些指标进行量化,并计算出各主成分得分和总分。通过得分排名将合肥市和其它几个城市进行对照,分析合肥市智慧城市发展的不足并对合肥市智慧城市建设提出相应的政策和建议。
英文摘要:
      The construction of smart city is a new form of urban development in China in the future. This paper constructs 18 evaluation indicators of smart city construction from four aspects of infrastructure, scientific and technological innovation, smart environment and smart economy. Seven cities in the new first tier cities with the potential of smart city construction are selected and quantified by principal component analysis, and the scores of each principal component and the total score are calculated. By comparing Hefei city with other cities by score ranking, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of Hefei smart city development, and puts forward corresponding policies and suggestions for the construction of Hefei smart city.
