      为了解决钢板门冰箱在运输过程中发生的外观损伤问题,基于冰箱正面落球实验,建立钢板门受落球冲击的仿真模型。导入由相关试验获取的材料参数,并对模型和材料进行了简单介绍。对比分析并验证了落球实验在无防护、单独瓦楞纸、单独EPS护板,以及瓦楞纸与EPS护板组合等4种状态下门体的损伤情况。重点对决定实验结果的缓冲槽和减重孔进行仿真分析,以此找出防护力不足的根因。最后根据分析结果对减重孔结构进行优化,给出优化后的设计方案并进行验证,此方案可为护板防护相关的标准制定提供理论依据。
英文摘要:
      Because of the appearance damage of steel fridge-door in the transportation, the finite element model was established based on the falling ball impact test. The relevant database obtained by the test was introduced including materials and model. Four different protective conditions were discussed, such as no protection, corrugated paper, EPS baffle, and combination protection. The buffer groove and lightening hole which affect protection were analyzed as the main target to find out the reason for the failure test. Finally, the structure of the lightening hole was rebuilt to improve the protection capability. It can provide a theoretical basis for building relevant standards of the baffle protection.
