为解决叉车转向桥在极端使用条件下的安全性和可靠性验证问题,需要对其整体结构进行破坏性实验以验证其变形是否处于可控范围。本文以自主研发的某型叉车转向桥为对象,搭建了转向桥跌落实验平台,制定了叉车转向桥跌落实验步骤及验收标准。使用ANSYS有限元软件建立了叉车转向桥有限元模型,进行了跌落过程有限元仿真,获取了满载桥垂直方向和C型部位变形量、拉伸挤压应力及塑性变形量等数据。通过实物跌落实验验证分析和有限元仿真举例,提出科学可行的叉车转向桥验证方案,为产品的进一步设计优化提供有力数据支撑。 |

In order to solve the problem of safety and reliability validation of forklift steering axles under extreme conditions, it is necessary to carry out destructive experiments on its whole structure to verify whether its deformation is under controllable range. In this paper, taking own steering axles as the object, the experimental platform for steering axle drop test is built, and the experimental steps and acceptance criteria for steering axle drop of forklift are formulated. The finite element model of forklift steering axle was established by using ANSYS software, and the finite element simulation of the drop process was carried out, and the data such as the vertical direction of the full-load axle and the deformation of C-type position, tensile extrusion stress and plastic deformation were obtained. Through the practical drop experiment and finite element analysis (FEA), a scientific and feasible forklift steering axle validation practice guideline was established, which provides strong technical support for the further design and optimization of the product. |
