      土壤重金属污染问题由来已久,监控是土壤重金属污染后期治理和修复的前提,传统分析技术需要 依赖昂贵的分析仪器,因此急需建立一种简单方便、经济、高灵敏度的重金属检测方法。微生物燃料电池 (MFC)传感器是近年发展起来的一种新型传感器。本实验构建一种双室MFC 用于快速检测已被污染的土壤中 重金属离子(Fe2+、Cu2+、Mn2+、Cd2+)的方法。结果表明MFC 传感器可以快速地在线检测重金属离子。在一定 的浓度范围内,Fe2+可以促进MFC 电流产生,而其他三种金属离子会抑制MFC 电流的产生。另外,在检测范 围内,重金属离子的浓度与MFC 电流变化差值呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数R2 均高于0.980,很好地实现 定量分析。该方法操作简单、灵敏性好、速度快、在线检测,可为污染土壤中重金属离子的检测提供参考依 据。

      Soil heavy metal pollution is an old problem. The premise of soil heavy metal pollution treatment and remediation is monitoring. Traditional analytical technologies need to rely on expensive analytical instruments. Therefore,it is urgent to establish a simple,convenient,economical and highly sensitive method for heavy metal detection. Microbial fuel cell (MFC) sensor is developed in recent years. In this study,a two-compartment MFC was constructed to rapidly detect the heavy metal ions (Fe2+,Cu2+,Mn2+,Cd2+) of contaminated soil. The results showed that the MFC sensor could quickly detect heavy metal ions. Within a certain concentration range of heavy metal ions,Fe2+ could promote current generation of MFC,while the other three metal ions inhibited current generation of MFC. In addition,within the detection range,the concentration of heavy metal ions has a certain linear relationship with the current variation difference of MFC,and the correlation coefficient R2 is higher than 0.980,which can be used for the quantitative analysis. This method can provide reference for the detection of heavy metal ions of contaminated soil,due to it has several advantages such as operating simply,high sensitivity,high monitoring speed and on-line monitoring.
