      为了探究城市建成环境对道路服务水平的影响,以合肥市黄山路12天早晚高峰的浮动车数据和道路周边300m缓冲区的POI数量为研究对象,采用多元线性回归和有序Logistic回归模型,研究了道路及周边建成环境对道路运行速度和服务水平的影响。结果表明,交叉口、路段出入口、企业单位数量和载客状态对道路速度和服务水平的变化均有显著影响。居住地住宅小区的多少仅对道路速度的变化产生显著明显,对服务水平的变化影响并不显著,在早晚出行高峰期间,就业地较居住地的交通会更加拥堵。建议在就业地公司企业集中的区域将以出入口的连接方式尽可能的调整为交叉口,为就业地相对集中的出行提供较多的路径选择。

      Existing researches focus on the impact of built environment factors on residents’ travel characteristics, but few researches on road level of service (LOS) which is the most important index to measure the quality of road operation except road speed, and residents’ travel characteristics will eventually affect the level of service of road traffic. To explore the relationship between the built environment factors and the level of service of road traffic, the floating car data of Huangshan road on morning and evening travel peak of 12 days in Hefei and the point of interest (POI) in road surrounding 300m buffer zone are taken as the research basic data. The quality of road operation is a continuous variable when measured by road speed and a categorical variable when measured by level of service. The influence of urban built environment factors on road speed and the level of service of the road are analyzed respectively by establishing the multiple linear regression model and the order logistic regression model according to the categories of dependent variables. The results show that the built environments factors, such as the road intersection, the exit and entrance of road segment, the number of enterprises in the employment area and the carrying passenger states of floating car have significant influence on the changes of road speed and the service level. The number of residential communities only has significant influence on the change of road speed, but not significant on the change of service level. That is to say, during the morning and evening travel peak, the probability of traffic congestion in the employment area will be more likely than that in the residence district. Considering that the changes in road intersection and the exit and entrance of road segment all have a significant impact on road speed and the service level, the conclusion suggests that in the area where enterprises are concentrated, the connection mode of the entrance and exit shall be adjusted to the intersection as far as possible, so as to provide more route choices for the relatively concentrated travel in employment areas to relieve the likely congestion.
