分析四轮驱动电动汽车采用无刷直流电机时产生转矩脉动的原因,设计双滑模变结构控制系统来抑
制转矩脉动。在设计双滑模变结构控制系统时,选择电流误差为滑模面,使系统按照该滑模面运动。滑模观
测器检测换相过程中产生的电流并反馈给滑模变结构控制系统,来提高系统的稳定性。通过仿真结果表明,
双滑模变结构控制系统对无刷直流电机的转矩脉动抑制效果更好,系统抗干扰能力更强。因此采用双滑模变
结构控制系统的无刷直流电机具有更好的转矩脉动抑制效果。 |

This paper first analyzes the causes of torque ripple in four-wheel drive electric vehicles with brushless DC
motors. And then double sliding mode variable control system is designed to suppress torque ripple. Designing the double
sliding mode variable control system,the current error is selected as the sliding mode surface,so that the system moves
along the sliding mode surface. And designing the sliding mode observer detects the current generated in the commutation
process and feeds back the sliding mode control system to improve the stability of the system. The simulation results
show the double-sliding mode variable structure control system has better torque ripple rejection for the brushless
DC motor and stronger anti-interference ability. And it is able to be stronger anti-interference ability. Therefore,the brushless
DC motor with double sliding mode variable control system has better torque ripple suppression effect.
