      采用污泥塘原生污泥在SBR 反应器内曝气强化其对高浓度含锰湖泊水和反冲洗回流水中锰的去除; 取反应器内污泥进行高通量测序分析其生物学组成;曝气探究稀释一定倍数污泥氧化除锰速率和反应动力学; 监测了831 mg/L MLSS 反应器连续运行27 天锰去除能力变化;检测单次反应前后的pH 值、浊度、耗氧量 (CODMn)其他水质参数变化。结果显示:污泥经一天的培养,次日曝气180 min 或更短时间就可使溶解锰浓度 下降至0.01mg/L,单项指标优于国家饮用水水质标准;MLSS 为831 mg/L 烧杯外加锰浓度为5.0 mg/L 曝气5 min 溶解锰浓度剧烈下降至3.05 mg/L,之后去除速率变缓,180 min 溶解锰浓度下降至0.25 mg/L;微生物氧 化去除锰符合一级动力学模型;高通量测序数据显示锰浓度去除率变化与生物学变化无关;反应器连续运行 27 天生物氧化除锰速率变化不大,除出水浊度升高外,其他水质参数无明显变化。
英文摘要:
      Native sludge of sludge lagoon was injected into the lake water and the lagoon water with high level manganese respectively to enhance manganese removal by aeration in SBR reactor;the sludge of the reactor was sampled to analyze the taxonomy by High-Throughput Sequencing (HTS) machines;the sludge of the reactor was diluted to investigated manganese removal rate and removal kinetics;the reactor with 831 mg/L MLSS was operated for 27 days,manganese removal rate and other water quality parameters pH value,turbidity and CODMn was included was detected. The result showed that:after a day of cultivated the sludge could reduce the soluble manganese to 0.01 mg/L in 180 min or less,the level of manganese was better than national limit;5.0 mg/L soluble manganese of the beaker with 831 mg/L MLSS was reduced to 3.05 mg/L in 5 min,then the removal rate slowed down,soluble manganese was reduced to 0.25 mg/L in 180 min;microbial manganese removal followed the first-order kinetics model;HTS data showed that the manganese removal rate change was irrelevant to the taxonomy change;the reactor has operated for 27 days,manganese removal rate changed less,other water quality parameters changed less but turbidity increased after reactor operated.
