| 既有工业建筑保护再利用已成为社会热点问题。与其他省市相比，合肥近代工业发展较晚，以及既有工业建筑保护仍处于探索阶段，对近代工业建筑保护不仅完善了合肥城市文化特色也对城市发展具有重要意义。通过对合肥市既有工业建筑现状实地调查，分析合肥市既有工业建筑的现状及特征，提出了合肥既有工业建筑分类按建筑风格、结构体系、跨数量、生产类别分为十种类型，以及提出了既有工业建筑分类保护利用的建议。为实现合肥市既有工业建筑的可持续发展、提升合肥的城市内涵，做出积极的探索。 |

| It has been a hot topic in the society that the protection and reusing of existing industrial building. Compared with other provinces and cities，it is still in the exploration stage in Hefei. Be-cause the development of modern industrial buildings began late in Hefei，the protection of them is not only of great significant to improvement of the urban cultural characteristics，but also to the ur-ban development. Through field investigations about the present situation and analysis of both the status and characteristics of industrial building heritages in Hefei，the paper puts forward that from different kinds of architectural style，structural system，the number of span，production pro-cess to classified research，and gives a subject to the conservation and reuse of different classifies to realize the sustainable development of exciting industrial buildings and enhance the connotation of city of Hefei，this paper makes a positive exploration. |
