| 皖西革命老区优质水资源和生物多样性极为丰富，并在区域洪水调蓄、维系江（河）湖水生生态系统稳定和农业灌溉方面发挥重要作用。该区在安徽省环境保护与生态建设研究方面具有重要地位。本文在总结革命老区环境概况的基础上，梳理了区域存在的主要环境问题，并从“确立资源利用上线、坚守环境质量底线和划定生态保护红线”三个方面有针对性的提出环境保护和生态建设任务。对于新时期皖西革命老区生态环境保护具有重要的现实和指导意义。 |

| The Old Revolutionary Base Areas in West Anhui Province is rich in high quality water resources and biological diversity, and plays an important role in the regional flood regulating, maintaining the rivers and lakes’ aquatic ecosystem stability and the agricultural irrigation. In this article, we combed the main environmental problems of the region , and from the three aspect of the “establishment of the line of using resources , adhering to bottom line of environmental quality and dividing ecological protection red line” to propose some pointed assignments of the environmental protection and ecological construction on the basis of summarizing the profile of the Old Revolutionary Base Areas . Which is of great practical and guiding significance for the ecological environment protection of the Old Revolutionary Areas in Western Anhui Province. |
