      为了更好地探究好氧颗粒污泥处理汽车涂装废水的机理,利用好氧颗粒污泥的降解特性得到最佳处理工艺和有机物去除效果,本试验采用动态吸附和静态吸附的方式分别研究了好氧颗粒污泥对汽车涂装废水中有机污染物的初期吸附特性、吸附类型及环境因素对吸附能力的影响。研究结果表明,好氧颗粒污泥对汽车涂装废水中有机污染物具有一定的初期吸附现象,30 min内COD被快速去除,去除率达到66.62 %,180 min后基本趋近于平稳,COD去除率为80.61%。在温度为35 ℃、pH为7.0时,吸附吸附量最大,且过程是一个以物理吸附、生物吸附、化学吸附三者共同作用的复杂过程。准二级动力学模型能较好地表征吸附机理。

      In order to better explore the mechanism of aerobic granular sludge treatment of automotive coating wastewater,getting the best treatment process and organic Pollutants removal effect by using the degradation characteristics of aerobic granular sludge,In this test, the effects of aerobic granular sludge on the initial adsorption characteristics of organic pollutants in Automotive Coating Wastewater,Types of adsorption and effects of environmental factors on the adsorption capacity were studied by dynamic adsorption and static adsorption. The results indicate that aerobic granular sludge has a certain initial adsorption of organic pollutants in automotive coating wastewater, COD was quickly removed in 30 min, the removal rate reached 66.62%, After180 min tended to be stable, COD removal rate to 80.61%.When the temperature is 35 ℃ and the pH is 7.0, the adsorption capacity is the largest, and the adsorption process is a complex process of physical adsorption, biosorption and chemisorption.It is showed that quasi - second - order kinetics model can be used to characterize the adsorption mechanism.
