| 本研究通过实地调研，对合肥大学城商业街区现状、业态分布进行调查，并且运用空间句法理论
对合肥大学城商业街区空间结构进行宏观把握，综合分析城市道路、夜市摊点与周边大学及住区与大学城
商业街区的关系。运用定点观察，研究街区活动人群的构成，在此基础上进行行为观察，调查大学城商业
街区不同区域人群活动的行为特征。结合两方面的调查结果提出优化策略，以解决合肥大学城商业区目前
出现的部分商业设施利用率不高、交通拥堵、存在安全隐患等问题。 |

| Based on the field investigation, this paper investigates the current situation and the distribution
of the commercial district of Hefei University City, and uses the spatial syntax theory to grasp the spatial
structure of Hefei University City commercial district, and comprehensively analyzes therelationships
between urban road, night market stalls ,surrounding universities and residential areas. Using the fixed-point
observation, study the composition of the activities of the neighborhood population.On the basis of behavior
observation, survey the University City commercial district of different regional activities of the behavior
characteristics. Combined with two aspects of the survey results proposed optimization strategy to the Hefei
University City business district to deal with currently part of the commercial facilities utilization rate is not
high, traffic congestion, there are security risks and other issues. |
