| 以2001—2012年皖江城市带各城市的面板数据为基础，采用熵值法和层次分析法测度城市土地集约利用度与承接产业转移水平，并运用协整模型、Granger因果检验和脉冲响应函数等计量分析方法探讨城市土地集约利用与承接产业转移的动态关系和相互作用。研究结果表明：（1）自2001年以来，皖江城市带城市土地集约利用水平与承接产业转移水平总体上逐步提高；（2）皖江城市带城市土地集约利用度与承接产业转移水平存在稳定的长期均衡关系；（3）从皖江城市带整体、“一轴”地区、“双核”地区来看，承接产业转移是城市土地集约利用的单项Granger原因，承接产业转移对城市土地集约利用度的冲击响应为正且长期存在；（4）从“两翼”地区来看，当城市土地集约利用度和承接产业转移水平都较低时，城市土地集约利用是承接产业转移的单项Granger原因，城市土地集约利用对承接产业转移的冲击效应为正，且随时间推移而递减。研究证实了促进承接产业转移水平的提高是促进城市土地集约利用的主要手段，但在不同地区应根据承接产业转移水平的不同而有不同的政策着力点。 |

| Based on the panel data of each city in Wan jiang city belt in 2001 and 2012, the entropy method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) were used to measure the urban land intensive utilization and the industrial transfer level. The cointegration model, Granger causality test and impulse response function And other metrological analysis methods to explore the intensive relationship between urban land intensive use and industrial transfer and interaction. The results show that:first,Since 2001, the intensive use level of urban land in Wan Jiang City Belt and the level of industrial transfer have been gradually improved. second, There is a stable long-term equilibrium relationship between urban land intensive utilization and industrial transfer.thrid, from the urban area of Wan jiang city belt, the "one axis" region and the "double core" area, the inheritance of industrial transfer is the individual Granger reason for the intensive use of urban land, and the impact of industrial transfer on urban land intensive utilization is positive Long-term existence; fourth, from the "wings" area, when the urban land intensive utilization and to undertake the level of industrial transfer are low, the intensive use of urban land is to undertake the transfer of individual Granger reasons, urban land intensive use of industrial transfer The impact effect is positive and decreases over time. The research confirms that the promotion of the promotion of industrial transfer is the main means to promote the intensive use of urban land, but there should be different policy points in different regions according to the different level of industrial transfer. |
