      以某在建矮塔斜拉桥为工程背景,利用MIDAS FEA软件建立托架有限元模型,分析0#块分两次浇筑以及一次浇筑时托架受力特征。根据托架上所选单元在0#块分两次浇筑以及一次浇筑这两种情况下的Mid Von Mises Stress,计算出0#块一层混凝土硬化后承受自重荷载能力,计算出已成型的0#块第一层在第二层浇筑过程中分担荷载能力,从而为托架优化设计提供理论支撑。
英文摘要:
      With an extradosed cable-stayed bridge under construction as the research object, a finite element model of bracket is established by MIDAS FEA, and the bracket’s characteristics of force are analyzed at one-time casting and second casting. Calculated are the bearing gravity load capacity of the first layer of 0# block moulding concrete and load-bearing capacity of the formed 0# block in the process of second layer on the basis of the Mid Von Mises Stress of selected element of bracket under one-time casting and second casting. The results can provide theoretical foundation for the bracket optimization design.
