      以单元式高层住宅建筑人员疏散为实例,采用经验公式法和Pathfinder软件仿真模拟法计算得到的疏散时间基本相同。仿真模拟计算结果显示:人员全部通过楼梯疏散的时间为344s;采用楼梯和电梯混合疏散时,17层以下住户人员通过楼梯疏散,18层以上住户人员通过电梯疏散,疏散时间为290.8 s。当逃生条件允许时,对高层住宅建筑人员采用楼梯和电梯混合疏散进行优化设计,可以有效地减少人员疏散时间,保证人员安全疏散。
英文摘要:
      Taking the evacuation of unit high-rise residential building as an example, the evacuation time calculated by the empirical formulas and the numerical simulation software Pathfinder are the same as the magnitude. The simulation results show that when all the residents evacuate via the staircase, the evacuation time is 344 s; when all the residents below the 17 layer evacuate via the staircase and all the others evacuate via elevator, the evacuation time by the staircase and elevator is 290.8 s. Under suitable evacuation conditions, the optimal design of the residents evacuated by the staircase and elevator in the high-rise residential building can reduce the evacuation time effectively and make residents safer.
