      为了研究合肥地区深基坑开挖对邻近管线的影响规律,选取合肥市某地铁车站深基坑作为研究载体,运用FLAC3D有限差分软件对实际工程进行数值模拟。根据计算结果研究管线整体变形规律和管线应力分布状况,重点分析开挖工序、管线材料、管线直径、管线位置对管线内力变形的影响。研究结果表明:在基坑开挖过程中,管线出现向基坑侧变形的趋势。基坑端部区域的管线变形最小,基坑中部区域的管线变形最大。在相同的开挖支护条件下,管线材质、直径和位置对管线应力变形影响较大。管线材料的刚度越大,管线整体变形越小而应力越大;管线直径越大,管线整体变形越小,应力值也越小;管线与基坑的间距越大,管线变形越小,应力值也越小;管线埋置越深,管线变形越大,应力值也越大。

      In order to study the influence of deep excavation on adjacent pipelines in Hefei area, the deep foundation pit of a metro station in Hefei city is selected for the research carried. The finite difference software FLAC3D is adopted to simulate the actual engineering. According to the calculation results, the deformation law and the stress distribution of the pipeline are discussed, and the impact of the excavation process, pipeline material, pipeline diameter and position on the force deformation of pipeline has been analyzed. Research results show that there is a trend of pipeline deformation to the foundation pit during the excavation. The deformation of the pipeline in the end area of the foundation pit is the smallest, while the deformation of the pipeline in the middle part of the foundation pit is the largest. Under the same excavation conditions, pipeline material, diameter and location of pipeline deformation have a profound influence on the deformation of the pipeline. With the increase in the stiffness of the pipeline material, the overall deformation of the pipeline is smaller and the stress is greater. The deformation and stress value of pipeline decrease with the increase of pipeline diameter. With the increase of the distance between the pipeline and the foundation pit, the deformation and stress of the pipeline are reduced. The pipeline buried depth increases, the deformation and stress of the pipeline also increase.
