| 六安市毛坦厂明清老街具有一定的文化价值，但正面临着功能萧条，活力衰退的局面。文章从毛坦厂明清老街周边环境、街巷格局、建筑肌理与人文特色几个方面展开讨论其保护价值，从历史建筑、活力空间、非物质文化遗产等方面对该历史文化街区出现的问题进行探究，并对其保护与更新策略进行探讨，复兴毛坦厂明清老街的生机，使其历史价值得以充分发挥与传承并使其具有更多的空间吸引力，改善老街居民生活品质，增强老街人文特色和商业活力。 |

| The street of Ming and Qing Dynasties in Maotanchang, Lu’an has certain cultural value, however, it is facing the situation of functional depression and decline of vigor. The paper discusses the value of protecting t the Ming and Qing Dynasties traditional streets in Maotanchang from the aspects such as the surrounding environment, streets and alleys pattern, building texture and humanistic characteristics. Then, the paper studies the problems in the streets from perspectives of historical architecture, the space of vigor, the intangible cultural heritage etc. The street protection and renewal strategies have been discussed for bringing it back to life, and making its historic value fully exertedinherited and then the street will have enough space for attracting people. Accordingly, life quality of residents in the old street will be improved and its cultural features and vitality will be enhanced. |
