      研究BIM在项目设计阶段的应用。使用Revit和Navisworks两款BIM软件对某商业综合体项目进行了工作模式和流程探索,主要对该项目中地下室部分的结构专业、给排水专业和暖通专业的三维模型进行搭建,同时对两两专业之间的模型进行了碰撞分析。结果表明,基于BIM平台的设计模式可以有效解决各专业模型的空间碰撞问题,从而减少了施工过程中设计变更,避免人力和材料的浪费。
英文摘要:
      In this paper,the application of BIM in project design phase was reported. Using two kinds of BIM software, Revit and Navisworks to carry out work pattern and process exploring in a commercial comprehensive project, mainly built 3D models of structure, water supply and drainage, HVAC, meanwhile crash analysis of the two professional models was done. The results show that, design model based on BIM can effectively solve the space collision problem of professional models, thus design changes during construction process is reduced and manpower, and material, machine wasting etc. could be avoided.
