      以合肥地区某办公楼为研究对象,采用PKPM节能分析软件为该建筑建立了几何模型,进行了赋值计算,模拟出该建筑全年的采暖和空调能耗,研究了窗墙比和朝向对采暖、空调及总能耗的影响规律。结果表明,加大东(西)向、北向窗墙比将同时增加建筑的采暖、空调能耗;加大南向窗墙比将减少采暖能耗,增加空调能耗,导致建筑总能耗呈上升趋势。为保证良好的节能效果,建筑设计时建议南向窗墙比取值低于0.3。
英文摘要:
      Danamically simulates the annual heating and air conditioning energy consumption for an office building in Hefei using PKPM energy consumption simulation software,based on establishing the geometric model and calculating the assignment,so as to investigate the influences of window-wall ratio and orientation on energy consumption of the building.The results show that the heating and air conditioning energy consumption will both incrense with the greater east(west) or north window-wall ratio,at the same time,greater south window-wall ratio will reduce the heating energy consumption and increase the air conditioning energy consumption,leading to the total energy consumption is on the rise.It is proposed that the south window-wall ratio should be lower than 0.3 in architectural design,in order to ensure excellent energy saving effect.
