      采用离子色谱法测定了某小区室外游泳池水样中七种离子的浓度变化,同时利用三维荧光光谱结合平行因子分析的方法,解析得到游泳池水样的荧光组分主要为类蛋白物质和类富里酸物质,并获得了它们的激发发射光谱图及相对浓度变化。分析结果显示:水样中的离子浓度呈逐步增大趋势,说明随着时间的增加,游泳池中污染物浓度逐步积累。但由于投加次氯酸钠消毒的原因,有机物被降解和转化,因此类蛋白质和类富里酸两类荧光物质浓度呈现波动式变化,始终维持在较低水平,说明水质相对安全可靠。该研究为游泳池水样的监测和评价提供了新的方法。
英文摘要:
      Seven kinds of ions were determined with ion chromatography method in the samples from the swimming pool. Meanwhile, these samples were analyzed using excitation - emission matrix (EEM) fluorescence spectra combined with parallel factor analysis (PARAFAC). The decomposed fluorophores were mainly protein-like and fulvic-like substances, and the EEM fluorescence spectra and relative concentration of these two components were also acquired. Results showed that the concentration of the ions increased gradually, indicating that the accumulated pollutants increased with time. Since the swimming pool was sterilized with sodium hypochlorite, the organic matter was oxidized and degraded. Thus, the concentration of the fluorophores fluctuated with time and maintained at a low concentration, which indicated that water quality was relatively safe and reliable. This work provides a new method for monitoring and evaluation of the samples from the swimming pool.
