| 城市居住区空间结构受经济发展水平、产业结构调整、人口变动及城市居民收入水平、文化、社会等多方面因素的影响，在特定的时间和空间表现出明显的地域分异规律。文章在系统阐述城市化及城市空间区划相关理论的基础上，结合我国城市化进程的特点，分析了现代城市居住区空间格局的影响因素，进而探寻城市居住区空间结构及其演变规律，并以安徽省省会合肥市为例，进行了实证分析。得出合肥的居住空间主要受到交通影响。 |

| Spatial structure of urban residential areas are affected by many factors, such as: the level of economic development,industry restructuring,demographic change, urban residents ' income level, culture, and society, etc. At a specific time and space show marked geographical variation. For giving a comprehensive description about urbanization and urban spatial division on the basis of relevant theories, combine with characteristics of the urbanization process of China, analyze the influence of the modern urban residential space structure and explore the urban residential space structure and its evolution. Take Hefei city as example, carrie out empirical analysis. The result shows that Hefei spatial space is mainly affected by the traffic impact |
