      基于淮南潘谢矿区采煤沉陷对水利设施的影响程度预测,分析了采煤沉陷对水利工程体系的影响。采煤沉陷对防洪有不利影响,对除涝有一定有利作用,其损坏了灌区灌溉设施但增加了可供灌溉水量。针对采煤沉陷对水利设施的影响,分类提出加固、改建、废弃或重新调整水系的对策措施。
英文摘要:
      In order to analyze the effect of coal mining subsidence on water conservancy system, the extent of the impact of coal mining subsidence on the main water conservancy facilities was predicted in Huainan Pan-Xie mining area. The results indicate that mining subsidence is disadvantage for flood control, but it is beneficial to water logging control in some respects. For irrigation, mining subsidence could damage the irrigation facilities, but it also increases the available water for irrigation. It is suggested that the measures of reinforcement, reconstruction, disposal and adjust water system should be take based on the classification of mining subsidence effects on water conservancy facilities.
