      鉴于框架结构填充墙传统构造柱施工中存在的模板损耗大、密实性差、施工功效低等缺点,提出采用泵送顶升免振捣自密实混凝土技术,设计了可重复使用并能实现泵送顶升混凝土的组合木模板,通过理论分析,模板体系强度和挠度满足要求。通过实际工程应用,加快了构造柱施工速度,保证了工程质量,取得了明显的社会效益和经济效益。
英文摘要:
      The technology for tip-elevating pump-delivering and non-vibrating of constructional column of filler wall is applied to solve the defects including huge wastage of formwork ,a low density and less technical effects, which exist in the operation of the in-filled walls frame structure traditional constructional column. Furthermore, a kind of reusable composite wood formwork is designed. The results show the strength and deflection of formwork satisfying the request by theoretical analyses, and accelerating the constructional column construction speed, guaranteeing engineering quality and achieving remarkable social and economic benefits in engineering application.
