      首先介绍了火灾事故基本情况,然后利用数值模拟技术对整个火灾过程进行了数值重构。计算结果分析发现数值模拟结果基本符合现场勘查情况。环境风对现场的温度场和烟气流动影响明显。燃料的流淌火特性导致火灾蔓延至桥梁支座底部,造成较为严重的混凝土爆裂现象,对桥梁的力学损伤比较严重,尤其是损伤部位在支撑点处。而桥面火灾虽然造成大面积的爆裂,但是爆裂深度较浅,并且上部为混凝土覆盖层非桥梁本身,危害较小。建议桥梁修复时换掉支座底部爆裂严重的片梁,同时对桥面爆裂部分进行常规混凝土修复。本文的研究对桥梁火灾后的检测和修复具有一定指导意义。

      This paper first introduced the basic situation of the bridge fire, and then the numerical sim- ulation of the fire was completed. The results of numerical simulation are consistent with the investi- gation of the fire case. The influence of the wind is obvious to the temperature field and smoke mov- ing. The fuel is thermoplastic material, which caused the flowing fire spreading to the bottom of bridge bearing. The fire resulted in the severe spalling of high strength concrete of the bridge bear- ings. Although the fire on the bridge floor caused a large area of damage, the depth of the damage is shallow, and the upper layer is the concrete cover. The repairing suggestion is replacing the plate- girder which is damaged at the bottom of bridge bearing, and conventional concrete deck repair. The conclusion of this paper has guiding significance and applied value for the bridge test and repair after fire case.
