| 传统聚落综合品质提升是解决保护与利用矛盾的关键,对于传统聚落可持续发展具有重要意义.以歙县23个古村落为研究对象,构建徽州传统聚落综合品质评价指标体系,探讨传统聚落综合品质特征及其影响因素.结果表明：作为综合评价目标层的生态支撑、历史文化保护、设施配套、经济发展得分分别为4.15、3.99、3.17、2.65,反映经济发展已成为制约徽州传统聚落综合品质提升的瓶颈因子;相关性分析表明历史文化保护、设施配套与综合品质显著相关,已成为徽州传统聚落综合品质提升的主导因子;依据象限分析将23个古村落划分为三类,其中综合品质中等的古村落占73.91％,是提高徽州传统聚落综合品质整体水平的关键. |

| The key for solving Huizhou traditional settlements problems is to promote their comprehen- sive quality, and it is meaning for its sustainable development. Taking 23 ancient villages in She coun- ty as cases, their comprehensive quality characteristics and influence factors were researched. The re- sults were showed, the scores of ecological capacity, history culture protect, facilities, economic de- velopment were 4.15, 3.99, 3.17, 2.65 correspondingly, and economic development has been the bottleneck factor for Huizhou traditional settlements. The relativity between history culture protec- tion, facilities and comprehensive quality were significant, and they were main factors for Huizhou traditional settlements. At last, 23 ancient villages were divided to three kinds by quadrant analysis, in order to improving the whole comprehensive quality of Huizhou traditional settlements, the medium quality settlements were keys. |
