| 为研究旅游型古镇的保护与更新实践，以合肥市三河古镇为例，基于场景理论视角，采用文献分析法、参与式观察法、访谈法与利克特评价法，系统分析该镇公共空间的演化过程与现存困境，并提出对应的优化引导策略。研究表明：（1）在文旅融合发展过程中，三河古镇公共空间呈现出从“文旅资源的保护与修复”到“文旅资源的商业化开发”再到“文旅融合的多元文化场景营造”的阶段性演化特征，推动古镇公共空间持续迭代发展；（2）现阶段三河古镇公共空间发展存在多元主体空间权益冲突、文化活动结构性失衡、文化舒适物对多元场景支撑力度不足等问题；（3）可通过建立多元主体“需求—调控”机制，明确优化方向；培育各类特色文化活动，激活公共空间活力；强化“空间—设施”一体化设计引导，实现舒适物的合理化布局，助力古镇高质量发展。 |

| Taking Sanhe Ancient Town in Hefei as an example and adopting the perspective of scene theory, this study uses literature analysis, participatory observation method, interview method, and Likert scale evaluation method to analyze the evolutionary process and dilemmas of public spaces in the ancient town, and proposes optimization guidance strategies. The study shows that (1) In the process of integrating culture and tourism, the evolution of public spaces in Sanhe Ancient Town shows characteristics of transitioning from "protection and restoration of cultural and tourism resources" to "commercial development of cultural and tourism resources," and then to "the creation of diverse cultural scenes through cultural-tourism integration," promoting the continuous development of the town's public spaces; (2) At present, problems such as conflicts of spatial rights among multiple stakeholders, structural imbalance in cultural activities, and insufficient support of cultural comfort elements for diverse scenes exist in Sanhe Ancient Town; (3) It is necessary to establish a "demand-regulation" mechanism for multiple stakeholders to clarify optimization directions, organize and cultivate various cultural activities to invigorate public spaces, and strengthen "space-facility" design guidance to promote the reasonable layout of cultural facilities. |
