| 前瞻行为培养,是激活高层次人才创新动能、驱动人才高质量发展的重要支点。基于自我决定理论和情绪调节模型,探究压力知觉对研究生前瞻行为的影响机制,以及认知重评的中介作用和自我监控人格的调节作用。对国内535份研究生调查问卷的实证研究显示:压力知觉对研究生认知重评及其前瞻行为均有直接促进作用;研究生认知重评在压力知觉和前瞻行为之间发挥部分中介作用;自我监控人格正向调节压力知觉对研究生前瞻行为的直接作用,同时正向调节压力知觉通过认知重评对研究生前瞻行为产生的间接作用。因此,应积极构建“压力转化—认知重构—前瞻行动”的递进式培养链条,以“主动预见”驱动“创新涌现”,以“前瞻之势”夯实“人才强国之基”。 |

| Cultivating proactive behavior serves as a crucial lever for activating the innovative momentum of high-level talents and driving their high-quality development. Drawing on self-determination theory and the emotion regulation model, this study explores the influence mechanism of perceived stress on postgraduates' proactive behavior, as well as the mediating role of cognitive reappraisal and the moderating role of self-monitoring personality. An empirical study based on survey data from 535 postgraduates in China reveals that: perceived stress directly promotes both postgraduates' cognitive reappraisal and their proactive behavior; cognitive reappraisal plays a partial mediating role between perceived stress and proactive behavior; self-monitoring personality positively moderates the direct effect of perceived stress on postgraduates' proactive behavior, and also positively moderates the indirect effect of perceived stress on proactive behavior via cognitive reappraisal. Therefore, a progressive cultivation chain of "stress transformation–cognitive restructuring–proactive action" should be actively constructed, so as to drive " innovation emergence " through "active foresight" and consolidate the foundation of a "talent powerhouse " with " proactive momentum." |
