      积极心理学为高校学生抑郁情绪的识别与干预,提供了侧重心理资源建设的新路径。本研究以“认知—情绪—行为—社会支持”四维机制为主线,揭示负性自动思维与消极归因维持抑郁的认知偏差;积极情绪匮乏与快感缺失导致情绪耗竭;行为回避与目标停摆削弱自我效能;社会支持稀缺加剧负性循环。据此整合面向高校场景的积极心理干预组合与分层实施路径:在一般心理教育层面,采用“三件好事”“优势识别与运用”“感恩书写”等微干预,提升积极情绪与意义感;在专项技能训练层面,引入行为激活与正念练习,打破回避—低效能回路;在团体心理辅导层面,以团体阶段式项目对高风险学生开展密集干预。同时提出“评估—干预—反馈—再评估”的闭环流程,并通过线上互动反馈实现过程动态监测。
英文摘要:
      Positive psychology offers a resource-oriented approach to identifying and intervening in depressive mood among university students. This study adopts a four-dimensional framework—Cognition, Emotion, Behavior, and Social Support— to elucidate the mechanisms underlying depressive mood. It reveals that negative automatic thinking and negative attribution maintain the cognitive biases, lack of positive emotions and anhedonia lead to emotional exhaustion, behavioral avoidance and goal suspension weaken self-efficacy, and scarce social support exacerbates the negative cycle. Based on these mechanisms, a set of positive psychology interventions tailored to university settings is developed, along with a tiered implementation pathway. At the universal level, brief interventions such as Three Good Things, strengths identification and use, and gratitude writing are employed to enhance positive affect and meaning. At the selective level, behavioral activation and mindfulness practices are introduced to disrupt the avoidance-low-efficacy loop. At the indicated level, a phase-based group program is provide for high-risk students. To ensure feasibility, a closed-loop process of assessment, intervention, feedback, reassessment is proposed, supported by digital check-ins for process dynamic monitoring.
