| 研究城市公园生态系统文化服务的公众感知，有助于优化公园设计、提升绿地服务质量。以合肥市8个典型城市公园为研究对象，爬取网络评论数据，通过词频分析、社会网络分析、情感分析和重要性—绩效分析等方法，探讨合肥市城市公园生态系统文化服务的系统特征。结果显示：合肥市城市公园的生态系统文化服务以审美欣赏和精神满足为主导，康体健身、艺术灵感和文化遗产的感知相对薄弱；总体特征体现为自然景观欣赏、休闲游憩活动和社交互动三者的结合；各项生态系统文化服务类型社会网络呈现不同的特点，如审美欣赏服务中自然景观关联度较强；审美欣赏与精神满足均超过重要性、满意度均值，为合肥城市公园的优势维度，康体健身服务均低于均值，表明该服务维度有较大优化空间。未来的合肥市城市公园规划应注重功能多元复合、人际互动和文化传承，以提升公园的活力与内涵。 |

| Studying the public perceptions of cultural ecosystem services in urban parks helps optimize park design and improve the quality of green space services. Taking 8 typical urban parks in Hefei as the research objects, this study crawled online review data and explored the systematic characteristics of the cultural services of the ecosystem in Hefei's urban parks through word frequency analysis, social network analysis, emotional analysis, and importance-performance analysis. The results show: The cultural services of Hefei City parks are dominated by aesthetic appreciation and spiritual fulfillment, while physical fitness, artistic inspiration, and cultural heritage perception are relatively underdeveloped; The overall characteristics are manifested in the integration of natural landscape appreciation, leisure and recreational activities, and social interaction; The social networks of various cultural ecosystem service types exhibited different characteristics. For instance, natural landscapes showed a strong correlation in aesthetic appreciation services; Both aesthetic appreciation and spiritual satisfaction exceed the average values of importance and satisfaction, serving as the advantageous dimensions of Hefei's urban parks. In contrast, physical fitness services are below the average values, indicating that there is considerable room for optimization in this service dimension. Future planning for urban parks in Hefei should emphasize multifunctional integration, interpersonal interaction, and cultural heritage to enhance the vitality and substance of these spaces. |
