| 我国老旧小区存量巨大,其低碳改造尚处于起步阶段,需要明确影响因素,制定更有效的推进策略。为此,首先基于文献分析初步识别出40个影响因素,继而采用社会网络分析法进行因素筛选,最终运用探索性因子分析法,提取出环境、经济、技术、设施、居民与管理6个维度的32个具体影响因素。研究表明,老旧小区低碳改造的法规完善性、低碳技术/设备采购成本、能源低碳管理系统技术成熟度、低碳休闲/健身设施配置率、社区对居民低碳宣传和技能培训普及率、社区信息化服务平台完善度,为6个关键影响因素。研究可为推进老旧小区低碳建设提供有针对性的决策参考。 |

| China has a large number of old residential areas, and their low-carbon transformation is still in its infancy, which needs the influencing factors identification and more effective promotion strategies. Hence, 40 influencing factors were initially identified through literature analysis, and 32 specific factors in six dimensions, namely environment, economy, technology, facilities, residents, and management, are selected with the exploratory factor analysis method. The research shows that there are six key influencing factors for low-carbon transformation of old residential areas, namely completeness of regulations, the procurement cost of low-carbon technologies & equipment, the maturity of energy low-carbon management system technology, the configuration rate of low-carbon leisure and fitness facilities, the popularization rate of low-carbon publicity and skills training for residents in the community, and the completeness of the community's information service platform, providing targeted decision-making references for the promotion of the low-carbon renovation of old residential areas.
