      上跨大流量高速公路的坦拱桥拆除是一项结构特殊、技术复杂、安全要求高的工程任务。本文结合G4222和县至襄阳高速公路六安段霍山枢纽建设工程中上跨G35济广高速公路坦拱桥结构拆除案例,对比分析了此类桥梁拆除的特殊性及全幅封闭交通的爆破拆除、全幅直接凿除、切割吊装拆除和半幅封闭交通的绳锯分段切割拆除的技术方法、关键控制要点及前沿发展趋势,提出了交通全封闭和半封闭条件下大跨径无腹式钢筋混凝土坦拱桥快速拆除的最优安全技术方案及控制策略,为类似涉路桥梁拆除工程施工提供技术指导与参考依据。研究表明,上跨高速公路的坦拱桥拆除,需特别考虑桥型结构及稳定性、交通组织、环境影响等因素,采用综合技术措施确保施工安全。

      The demolition of arch bridges spanning high-traffic expressways constitutes a specialized engineering endeavor characterized by unique structural configurations, sophisticated technical requirements, and stringent safety standards. This paper, drawing upon the case of the arch bridge spanning the G35 Jiguang Expressway within the G4222 Xiangyang-Huoshan Expressway (County Link) Project, conducts a comparative analysis of the distinct characteristics inherent to such bridge demolition scenarios, alongside an evaluation of technical approaches including full-width traffic closure blasting demolition, full direct mechanical chipping removal, cutting-and-hoisting disassembly, and semi-width traffic closure rope-saw segmented cutting. It further proposes optimized safety technical schemes and control strategies for the rapid demolition of large-span non-beam reinforced concrete arch bridges under both full and semi-traffic closure conditions, thereby furnishing technical guidance and a reference framework for analogous bridge demolition projects involving active road passages. The findings indicate that the demolition of expressway-spanning arch bridges necessitates targeted consideration of factors such as structural typology and stability, traffic management and organization, and environmental impact mitigation, with the implementation of integrated technical measures being imperative to safeguard construction safety throughout the process.
