摘要:数字经济与低碳发展的深度融合是实现建筑业高质量发展的重要路径,本文以安徽省16个地级市为研究对象,构建数字经济、低碳发展与建筑业高质量发展三系统综合评价指标体系,采用熵权TOPSIS模型、耦合协调度模型、Dagum基尼系数、障碍度模型等方法,测算2013-2023年安徽省三系统耦合协调度,系统揭示安徽省三系统耦合协调发展的时空演化规律、区域差异来源及影响协同发展的关键影响因素。结果显示:(1)安徽省三系统综合评价指数呈低碳发展>数字经济>建筑业高质量发展,其中数字经济综合评价指数增长速度最快;(2)安徽省三系统耦合协调度持续上升,空间格局呈现皖中>皖南>皖北梯度递减的演进特征;(3)安徽省三系统耦合协调度总体差异呈波动下降态势,区域间差异是导致三系统耦合协调度差异的主要原因,其中皖北-皖南区域间差异最为突出;(4)互联网发展、低碳发展进展与创新驱动是影响三系统协调发展的主要因素。 |

Abstract:The deep integration of digital economy and low-carbon development is an important path to realize the high-quality development of the construction industry. This paper takes 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province as the research object, constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the three systems of digital economy, low-carbon development and high-quality development of the construction industry, and adopts entropy-weighted TOPSIS model, coupling coordination degree model, Dagum Gini coefficient, obstacle degree model, etc., to measure the degree of coupling coordination of the three systems in Anhui Province in the period of 2013-2023. The coupled coordination degree of the three systems in Anhui Province in 2023, systematically revealing the spatio-temporal evolution law of the coupled coordinated development of the three systems in Anhui Province, the source of regional differences and the key influencing factors affecting the synergistic development. The results show that: (1) the comprehensive evaluation index of the three systems in Anhui Province shows that low carbon development > digital economy > high-quality development of the construction industry, in which the comprehensive evaluation index of the digital economy has the fastest growth rate; (2) the degree of coordination of the three systems coupling in Anhui Province continues to rise, and the spatial pattern shows the gradient of central Anhui > southern Anhui > northern Anhui as an evolutionary feature; (3) the overall differences in the degree of coordination of the three systems coupling in Anhui Province show a fluctuating decline, and the differences between regions are the main factors that contribute to the development of three-system coupling and coordination in the province. Inter-regional differences are the main reason for the differences in the degree of coordination of the three systems coupling, among which the differences between northern Anhui and southern Anhui are the most prominent; (4) Internet development, progress of low-carbon development and innovation drive are the main factors affecting the coordinated development of the three systems. |
