多排顶管在施工过程中受力复杂,为了研究管节的受力变化特性,通过设计室内多排顶管顶进模型试验,分析了多排顶管施工对围岩土体造成的扰动和产生的附加应力,并以合肥市钟油坊污水处理厂工程DBO项目隧道开挖顶管施工为工程背景,通过现场监测数据,研究多排顶管施工对管土接触应力影响的规律,最后对比分析试验和现场监测数据。研究结果表明:随着两侧孔洞管道的顶进,对中间孔管节产生了一定的土体挤压影响,中间孔洞管道的管侧土压力会显著增大,伴随顶距的增大,管节周围接触应力一般是先增大,然后逐渐降低趋于稳定。模型试验与现场监测结果总体上比较接近,研究成果可为类似顶管顶进过程中的受力计算提供一定的参考。 |

The force exerted on multi-row pipe-jacking during the construction process is highly complex. To investigate the force variation characteristics of pipe sections, through designing the indoor multi-row pipe-jacking jacking model test, the disturbance and additional stress brought about by the multi-row pipe-jacking construction to the surrounding rock and soil mass were analyzed. With the tunnel excavation pipe-jacking construction of the DBO project of the Zhongyoufang Sewage Treatment Plant in Hefei City serving as the engineering backdrop, the law of the influence of multi-row pipe-jacking construction on the pipe-soil contact stress was examined. Eventually, the test and on-site monitoring data were compared and analyzed. The research findings indicate that: As the pipelines in the holes on both sides are jacked in, a certain degree of soil extrusion effect is imposed on the pipe section in the middle hole, and the soil pressure on the side of the pipeline in the middle hole will increase significantly. With the growth of the jacking distance, the contact stress around the pipe section typically increases initially, and then gradually decreases and tends to stabilize. The results of the model test and on-site monitoring are generally rather close. The research outcomes can offer a certain reference for the force calculation during similar pipe-jacking jacking processes. |
